Ibis Jasper is from Madagascar. It is a type of brecciated Jasper which has been broken apart during earth movements or water and are glued back with another natural substances and in the case of Ibis Jasper the glue is quartz.
As with all Jaspers, it is grounding and nurturing. Brecciated Jasper replaces overwhelming and chaos with a sense of calm, tranquility and order. Ibis Jasper teaches us that every piece of us is essential to the whole. Ibis Jasper helps to put the pieces back in an orderly fashion when our lives seem to be in complete disarray and chaos.
